       ***Bring your bike in good operating condition on our We Bike days. If you do not have a bike, let me know and the organizers will provide one and a helmet. 

All biking takes place on the HES soccer field.***

May 23 - WE Bike #1 - 1:45 to 2:45. Information sheet went home Monday, May 12th.

May 29 - WE Bike #2 - 1:45 to 2:45

May 30 - no school.

June 3 - District Track meet at COTR for those who qualify.

June 11- WE Bike #3 - 12:45 to 1:45

June 12 - Spring Music concert in gym at 1pm 

June 13 - Pro-D Day - no school for students

June 18 - BLOOM BALL BOOK REPORT is DUE

June 20 - Fun Day in the afternoon - 1 to 2:45 pm

June 23 - HES at Fairmont Hot Springs

June 24 - Grade 4 bike & hike day in the forest! 

June 25 - Moyie Lake beach - Mr. Bartraw's class and Mrs, Bergen's class. We have two lifeguards for the day.

June 26 -last day of school for students from 9am to 11am

Language Arts - 

“Bloom Ball” Book Report Name: ______    Mystery Book Title: _________________   Throughout the next few weeks, we’ll be working on a unique book report both in class and as homework (ONLY if necessary).  The key to successfully completing this project is to keep up with your reading “circles.” Later, we will present our 4 favourite sections of our Bloom Balls.   Here is the timeline for this project: Tuesday, May 20 ~ Students select a mystery novel from the library.  ~ divide the total # of pages by 10 = pages to read each day for 10 days,     excluding weekends. ................................. Tuesday, June 3 ~ your book must be read, and Mr. Bartraw introduces the rest of the project on June 4th.  ............................... Wednesday, June 11 ~ 6 circles completed in TOTAL.  ................................ Wednesday, June 18 ~ DUE DATE! ALL 12 circles MUST be finished, and you are prepared to present your 4 favourite circles to the class.
