Here's another update...

Reading - novel study - all students should be finished reading chunk# 4
                by Monday at 3pm
             - there is no chunk sheet to accompany chunk #4
             - chunk # 5 will need to be read by Wednesday at 9am ... then we
               start to act out the climax of our
                stories in our novel groups for next Monday (Dec. 3 - full costumes!
                We'll talk!)

Writing - Sound Effect Stories - each group of 3 will choose the story they
                                                 would like to share and perform with the
                                                 actual sound effects - to be organized
                                                 starting on Monday.

It's Presentation Week

The two significant projects that will be presented throughout the week are ...


The video novel trailers, puppet shows, lego videos, action trailers, and live reports on our SSR novels as chosen by students and are created from our 10 reading response journal entries. We've seen a few already and the results are very good - thanks to Leif, Gabby, Seth, Katelyn, and Carter so far. We'll get Kailey's and Christel's to work tomorrow.


In HCE classes we have been in the lab many times to complete "The Virtues Project." Students will be making these formal presentation starting on Wednesday afternoon.
