Use any type of material to create your best car
design!
There are NO restrictions on
length, width, height, or weight.
Build it and test it by APRIL 30.
Materials: PLEASE DON'T FEEL PRESSURED TO GO OUT AND BUY THESE MATERIALS!
- any type of material like pasta, LEGO, or some materials you have at home
- any wheels and axles from toys if you choose
- hot glue gun and glue sticks (maybe)
- an inclined plane (eg. 2x6 or 2x8 or plywood,...) that measures 1.5m in length.
TEST:
From a height of 50cm, let your CAR roll down an inclined plane
(a board wide enough, 1.5m long)
If you can make a video of your test... do it!
Measure the distance your CAR travels.
RECORD your results (circle the best / farthest measurement).
Repeat as many times as you want! Each CAR down an inclined plane.
