Monday - Reading strategies practiced today
              - Word Work Unit #1 is due tomorrow - Students wrote words in agenda. Test on FRIDAY!
              - Math = Place Value Concepts
              - Science = The Amazing Quarter = a practice science lab
                                 ~ ~ Studying the Scientific method
              - Careers = Goal Setting and ways to achieve goals
              - PE = Flag Football Skills
              - Music with Mr. Dureski

Tuesday - New class novel study! Mr. B. reads AMONG THE HIDDEN to the class.
                          ~Chapter 1 -3.
               - Writing is integrated with our novel study and across all subjects
               - Science - First official lab today.Finish it for Wednesday.
               ~ Memory Sticks  - work at card #5 today (ART integration)
                          - student have until Thursday to  complete & assemble this
                            & then we share them with the class.

Wednesday - Novel study continues all week, each day...

                    - House Teams are created today!

Thursday - Memory Sticks due & then we share. 
                - Guests from BC Wheelchair Basketball Society are here with wheelchairs for all students to get a chance to use during PE classes (entire school)!
                - Science Lab #2 - Hand in by Friday.
                - Technology - learning how to use MS WORD 2013 tools and word processing.
                                      - 2 short assignments.

            - Fire Drill at 1:30.
            - Art - "A Typical Fall Scene" - concepts of foreground, middle-ground, and background.
