will begin a series of debates from historical land issues to 
modern issues relevant to students in grades 4 and 5. 
  1.  Practice note-taking from non-fiction sources
  2.  Understanding pro / con view-points
  3.  Making decisions based on supportive ideas
  4.  Evaluate and re-evaluate.             
  5. We are also building up to a DRAMA ACTIVITY... on Wednesday, December 19... come prepared as your character from your chosen country!
