Read-a-thon - keep track of your total number of reading minutes, daily, and write them in your agenda, daily, signed by a parent for class and individual totals. These minutes will also go toward our class house team points! READ OFTEN! Record your minutes!

Writing - we are nearly finished writing a story with a focus on character
                and plot development, dialogue, and conventions / mechanics, too.
              - the story is called 'Be A Perfect Person In Just Three Days"
              - the criteria is the standard gr. 6 rubric for story writing.

                        3-D Model Challenge Component:                             (25 points)

                                ~ Select the most challenging EE you studied

                                ~ design and build a complete model for travelling to your EE

                                ~ make sure your model has features that will be able to withstand

                                   the extreme conditions of your EE.
                                ~ must be able to live and work as a scientist in/at/near your 'vehicle'
                                ~ everyday challenges from food, waste, oxygen, water, heat, ....
                                    must have a plan in place. 

                                ~ present your 3-D model to the class and speak about all its features.
