October 3 - first house team meetings in designated classrooms!

October 5 - School spirit day = Dress like a teacher day (What does a teacher dress like? Good question.)

October 7 - BRING YOUR BIKE AND HELMET (and bike lock)

- we are going to the community forest to collect samples for our ART PROJECT - we will also be eating our lunches in the forest.

October 7 - Pep Rally at 2:20 to 2:50 to SHARE HOUSE TEAM NAMES AND CHEERS!

October 10 - Thanksgiving - no school

October 13 - Mr. Bartraw is principal while Mr. C and Ms. T are in meetings

October 12 - PRESENT YOUR DRAMA PERFORMANCE IN FULL COSTUME!

October 14 - Evacuation drill @11am  

 October 18 and 19 - PARENT / TEACHER CONVERSATIONS - each time slot is 15 minutes.

                          - 1pm to 5:30pm on Oct 18. 

                          - 1pm to 3:00 on Oct 19.

                          - Early dismissal for students at 11:50am

How To Write Complete Sentences

Criteria	Check
My sentence begins with an uppercase letter.
My sentence ends with a period, exclamation point, or a question mark.
All lowercase letters are formed correctly (tall letters are tall, short letters are short, and letters that are supposed to be written below the line are written below the line).
My sentence has at least one subject (the ‘who’ or what part of the sentence).
My sentence has a predicate (the details / what is happening part).

Correct grammar usage and proper spelling are essential pieces as well.
